How is it possible to have 10 first priorities? Every week more “priorities” are identified from leadership across the organization. At some point we have to ask ourselves what is the top of the top priorities? Doesn’t having this many top priorities require us to re-baseline the priorities and figure out what really comes first? When I ask these questions people look at me like I have three heads. Maybe I do. But, my three heads tell me that 10 top priorities are too much unless we are striving for mediocrity.
