We had a re-organization within our division. I now report to someone else. I guess it’s not bad, but I was pretty mad at first. Now I will probably get involved in some of the things that I’ve been able to avoid for a while since I’m now wrapped under all of courseware. It’s difficult for me to see them just moving some of us around like we are pawns in some game. Perhaps they don’t feel that way, but that is how it feels down at my level. Here I am making about $100,000 a year and they act like I’m a kid. The one good thing about it is the fact that it really motivated me to work through the night last Friday night to figure out everything I need to do in order to finish up this job and prepare to move on. I really consider it to be a blessing in disguise. So, I’m going to create a binder that provides training for the next person that takes my job as Program Manager.. I will work hard and wrap everything up in a nice package and then leave.
