As an update to my ticked off post a week ago…
I will not be utilizing the teleworker option that is being piloted at my organization. It was offensive and an insult to my performance. So, I will not be participating.
Some of the leadership has acted shocked. However, when you take a performer and treat them like the non-performer there is always some kind of backlash.
My form of backlash is 1.) not participating in the pilot so that I won’t be micromanaged and 2.) looking for a better opportunity.
I’ve put up with the #$%$^%%^^% long enough. Hey, that’s my first swearing on any of my blogs. (-: But, I do feel rather strongly about this.
