So, we often create MOUs with other organizations. We just got an organization wide email about how different parts of our organization have signed an MOU to work with each other collaboratively on a large initiative.
First – we are one organization. Can't we all just work together?
Second – do you really need to broadcast the fact that you are officially going to collaborate together? thus sharing with the world that we are so ineffective at working together that we have to now sign agreements within to even begin to work with each other?
Alas, and a lot of "a lack of" …..
It really is time for me to go do something else.
