Smart teleworking

I can't remember if I've already blogged this, but since I can't actually see this blog at work – joy – I can't verify.
My organization has allowed us one day of teleworking every two weeks. Kind of like leaving a penny for the waitress.
Anyway, I've found a way to make sure it is obvious that I've been working when I'm at home – upload documents and update systems that leave time and date stamps for every action you take. Yep, leave an electronic trail.
If the system doesn't believe you, you find a way to force the system to believe you. The system, in this sentence means the organization.
Most of us tech people will find a way to be trusted and verified.
