Yes, there were a lot of learning emergencies today. However, I logged in at 6:30 a.m. as I was supposed to and was so busy that I didn’t even get up from the chair until 1:30 p.m. Very good! That is a lot of work done when you think about seven hours of undeterred focus which is not at all possible in the work environment. I guess the Hawthorne Effect doesn’t work on me.
I worked a full eight hours before going to my brain appointment. And, I worked a full hour after returning. I’m not allowed to work extra hours on my telework day and so I guess any other work I do is free.
Hmmm. We’ll see if I’d like to contribute my free time to work.
