Apparently I got an exemplary rating in my performance review this year. Yea! Fairly cool. Now, if I just had the starting pay as some of my peers I would actually be happy about my raise, bonus and cost of living increase.
I haven’t done too bad. My salary has gone up $30,000 in four years. Not bad in a bad economy.
I will continue to perform and get better, but it may be time to move into a different role. It is starting to feel like Groundhog Day (the movie) and that is not a good thing.
