Once in a while you sit back and notice that someone is making efforts to change or improve. I do see it in my boss. He is becoming more organized, more complimentary, and more of a person. Yes, a person. You know – will actually talk to you about something meaningful instead of fake learning emergencies.
I’m thinking of making him a coveted certificate to show that it is noticed and appreciated.
