I’ve decided that people that go behind my back to get stuff done make me a disabled worker. It undermines everything I’m trying to do. It breeds mistrust – at least me not trusting the leadership. It gives some of the wrong people responsibility and then I have to pay the price later because I don’t know the information.
So weird. So getting old.
I’m tired of being disabled in my ability to perform my job, especially since I actually have the ability to do it.
Funny thing? This isn’t people reporting me that do this, but rather people I report to on high.
