I have answered my work phone five times today. This is a record. Each conversation was difficult (dealing with “learning emergencies”), but each ended with solutions.
However, as every “anonymous” group knows – it’s always “one day at a time. “
This day is off to a good phone start.
No promises for the rest of it.
Perhaps I’ll stick with “one hour at a time” to get through this phobia.
