I'm talking on the sidewalk with a co-worker that may be interested in taking over my position. The lead department guy comes along and asks how our interviewing is going.
He says that we could hire two people if we needed to because, let's say, just in case I quit we could hire another person.
Really? Did he just say that?
So, now I'm wondering, do they want me to quit?
Wow. These are the things that bring me down.
Instead of trying to keep someone that has been trying to perform and help people along, they are not being supportive and want me to leave.
