I deleted six folders during a conference call today. My goal is to delete one folder a day. Deleting isn’t just full scale erasing work history. It’s the effort of combing through emails and deciding which I should save as a text document as history for the next person in my role vs. information that is old and useless to no one other than myself going forward.
The last three days I’ve completed, and exceeded my goal. There is a reason. The mind is officially made up and the actions are following quickly.
Here’s to the folder deletage. It has such a mental cleansing effect that it is unbelievable.
