Again, I’ve been cubed. This is my life now. Rarely a three minute span goes by without a walk by, walk in, “quick interruption,” or hint that we must talk now.
The brilliance of creating a cube farm wore off, oh, about the time the plan was first introduced. After all, cube farms have been around for a long time.
We, in fact, fought it a bit and were informed that we were averse to change and had bad attitudes.
Heaven forbid our argument was that our focus would go out the window, productivity would be reduced and the basement would make us sick.
