Had my mid-year review this week. Things went well, and as planned. After all, why would there be surprises? Bosses are supposed to give feedback as the good, bad and ugly happens.
Even so, it was a relief.
Now, if it actually lead toward something (a meaningful raise, a promotion) that would be cool and …a fantasy.
