Last week I sent out a PowerPoint presentation to an informal team some of us have created at work. It was a partially clever presentation, but after a few review comments I realized it was TOO much. I don’t even think that anyone said that, but the feedback led my mind in that direction.
Today, my PowerPoint is new an improved – brighter, shorter, clearer, and purposeful. It will meet the ultimate goal – gain approval from leadership to move forward and pay the bill.
We don’t need the leadership meddling in the details. After all, isn’t that what they hired us for?
