After writing the “96 calls” post I decided that hereafter I am going to refer to these companies that treat people poorly in the recession by the term “recession bandits.” These are different than “beltway bandits” that act that way recession or not.
I’m also going to keep a list of those companies (like Circuit City) who do the opposite of what one should do in hard times, as compared to the Best Buys of the world who do it right.
