Meetings – when to hold one

After all these years, I’ve found a digital copy of this little office funny:

We have always held a lot of meetings in our office environment. Now, however, I’m in a position to make sure that we use that time wisely.

One principle to follow: Always end the meeting at least (if not more) than five minutes earlier than what you put on the calendars. People will start to realize you value their time and they’ll actually “Accept” when you send out the next calendar invite.

Why can’t I think of one of these clever office funnies? They are so blindly obvious after we see it in print.
