My last post was in the middle of the week, but this post is at the end.
I found my place at the conference. After all, it was up to me to do so.
Though most of the topics weren’t of interest, there was one topic that is HIGHLY interesting and HIGHLY forward thinking – mobile learning.
Once I was enlightened, the next couple of days became useful because I sought out information about mobile and ended up with helpful information, good contacts and great conversations.
As a “future leader” I am finding it is on my shoulders to find a way to make something mean something and to provide value.
So, the conference ended up being a wonderful event purely because my attitude changed and I spent time figuring out what I was supposed to learn from the at first “wasteful appearing” situation.
