Wow! Don’t you hate when you forget you have one of your blogs?
I completely forgot about this one, but doesn’t mean that I lack content.
In fact, sometimes it is a good thing to forget because you come back and look at the content with fresh eyes.
Is this really how I want to present my ideas about becoming a leader? Are these ideas reflective of someone becoming a leader?
Ironically, this past year has been THE YEAR where I’ve lead more initiatives and had to ensure more culture change than ever in the past. It is difficult, but engaging, enlightening and …rewarding.
More topics to come as I share some of those lessons again here…after I re-read a few posts and ensure that I’m making progress. (-:
