Today is full of meetings. Sometimes this is necessary. It can inform. It can help relationships. It can resolve problems.

Ok, so, today there is only one performance tip, but doesn’t it look great as a heading?
- A day full of meetings
On a full meeting day, get up early and do YOUR stuff first.
I did it today. It reduces anxiety. You can “perform” before the meeting day starts. Your mind will be free to engage fully in the meeting discussions.
