The model I use for life coaching is based upon The Life Coach School model called The Model. We will use it to take a look at your thoughts and help you discover how to coach yourself into making the changes required …for the results you seek.
Once we look at your thoughts, we can work together to figure out what emotion this is creating. Your emotions will drive your actions and ultimately produce results. If you don’t like your results, there is something going on in those thoughts and emotions.
We can definitely talk about specific actions you can take along the way. You will be anxious to get to these first – the lessons learned, templates, tips and how tos. I will share them, but let’s step back and take a look at your mind first. That will ultimately give you better long term results. And, the confidence to keep working on your brain frameworks!
